My husband and I have been married nearly a year now...and have gained over 20 pounds EACH since the "I do!" What is up with that? I'm not sure why we decided to weigh ourselves the day we got married (about 20 minutes before the ceremony) because it seems like that was almost ASKING our bodies to pack on the pounds now that we are content and "off the market." Needless to say, we've both been trying to do our best to get our diets in order and start doing the right thing to move towards our pre-marriage weight.

I know there is a whole lot of confusing stuff on the market right now - weight loss techniques, pills, diets, etc. are all over the internet, on tv, and in stores. One site I can recommend is www.StopTheFatJokes.com Lots of great information for sure! Can't wait until I can fit into my skinny jeans again! I'm saving them because I know I will fit into them one day soon! Actually, my hubby says not to buy any new clothes to fit our new larger bodies because then we will get too comfortable and won't work towards fitting into all our many pre-married threads!

I can't wait to lose weight! How about you?
